This IS by far one of the best hotel I've been in Port au Prince its amazing and they provide excellent customer service. the food is not bad but if your staying for a week the food wont change its part of their routine like any other hotel

Very Nice Hotel for business stay. Would not recommend if you are vacationing in Haiti. Gamens the bellman is outstanding when it comes to providing you with great customer service. He is very articulate and represent the Marriott brand extremely well. The service at the restaurant is a little to slow and the restaurant employees can be more welcoming. Customer service at the restaurant is the reason for not giving them a five stars rating.

You'd never think the hotel looked this nice inside standing outside on the sidewalk. Trendy, clean, artsy, with good customer service. The pool area looks beautiful. Didn't get to see the rooms but by the looks of the lobby and outdoor areas, I'm sure the look nice.

It’s the good among the other hotel. The staffs are good and friendly. The only star I couldn’t give for food since there is not much options for long stay guest. The menu is same all day and days.

This is a swanky hotel, especially compared to everything else in Haiti. It is like stepping into North America. There is a cafe, pool, bar, restaurant. There is an ATM there so I primarily used it as a relatively safe place to take out money. The machine has a pretty hefty fee but it is arguably worth the security.
