  The embassy is no longer there, the person I met there doesn't know the new address. The phone number and email they provide are no longer in use. I have the opportunity to travel anyway to Costa-rica because Haitian that have a US visa doesn't need a Costa-rica visa if they will not stay there longer than 30 days, but they will pay an airport fee $30 before they leave.
